Join Us for Our Next Live Well Workshop: How to Eat for Happy, Balanced Hormones

Brett Dorrian Artistry Studios is hosting Monica Hoss MS, RD, LD at the end of the month to dive deep into hormone health through nutrition.

There is a silent epidemic happening to women- it’s hormonal imbalance. Do you ever feel like you’re doing all the right things but still feel off? Or maybe you’ve been taught that part of being a woman is just dealing with hormone fluctuations. You don’t need to suffer any longer.

Certain foods can throw your hormones and your body off balance. In the same way, other foods can boost your hormone health and promote balance. If you've already made positive changes to your diet and lifestyle, yet you are still feeling off, it's time to investigate whether there may be some unexpected hormone-disrupting foods or chemicals hidden in the foods you are eating.

Hormonal issues can feel really hard to overcome. However, many of the things that contribute to hormonal balance can be controlled (even changed) through a healthy diet and lifestyle changes. You’ll learn how to take control in this workshop and have happy hormones.

You’ll learn:

  • Why hormone balance matters

  • Common signs of imbalance

  • Foods that support hormone balance

  • Foods that do not support hormone balance

  • Lifestyle factors to consider

  • Plus take home a recipe booklet full of hormone balancing meal ideas!

When: Wednesday, April 27th 7:00pm-8:00pm

Where: Brett Dorrian Artistry Studios in NE Minneapolis

Cost: FREE

RSVP: Required via Eventbrite

About Monica Hoss, MS, RD, LD

I consider myself a modern dietitian who believes in a real foods, functional approach to nutrition. I like to teach my clients to focus more on how food truly makes them feel. As a result they become more in-tune with their own body’s signals and naturally start to move towards foods that nourish their body. I also preach that while we want to choose nourishing foods most of the time, there is absolutely room for fun foods too! One of my favorite things in life is enjoying a charcuterie board and bottle of clean crafted wine with friends on a patio. I love to travel, but most of the time you can find me hanging out with my husband, 2 kids and dogs at our home in Woodbury.
